We have performed a number of services for Mr. Carlson. Which include: A site consultation, Ventilation Installation, Spray Foaming of Basement Rim Joist, and installation of exterior underground drainage. There has been a great improvement in the indoor air quality in the home, Areas of penetrations were sealed and improvements to the exterior water management plans are in place.
Client selling home where potential buyer backed out of the deal based on one mold test. Area affected was limited to a small area. Client Contacted GWE and we were able to rush over and complete the remediation the next day just in time for a new potential buyer showing. All areas of water/moisture were addressed and the home is ready to show!
